Job description
Telesales Executive (SDR)Stroud – 2 days in office/3 days home£30,000 basic (£45,000 OTE)Pitch is happy to be supporting this global SaaS business as they look to recruit a SDR (Sales Development Representative). Responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline, you’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that personal and company goals are met and exceeded.You will have a couple of years’ experience within a similar sales role in the B2B tech space, where you can demonstrate volume and strong success.The role involves the following:
- Research and identify potential prospects.
- Making 80+ calls per day to potential customers.
- Contact and qualify inbound lead enquiries.
- Use CRM to ensure all customer data is accurate and up to date.
- Develop a network online and build awareness via phone, social media and email.
- Set appointments.
Experience needed:
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience within a B2B SaaS organisation.
- Experience of using CRM systems.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Commercially focused and analytical, driven by results.
- Hungry to grow and develop and earn unlimited commission.
