In-house legal team have a requirement for a Temporary Paralegal to assist them through a busy period.To be considered for this assignment you will need to have:

• Minimum of six months experience working in Funds / Transactions / Financial Services within a Corporate environment.
• Five month assignment (some potential for extension)
• Dublin 2 Offices – Hybrid

In this role you will provide administrative support to a team of six Lawyers working in the Aviation Leasing sector across Dublin, London and New York.This is a busy assignment which will offer great experience in Aviation Leasing.Duties will include:

• Updating electronic records and contracts on Sharepoint – Categorising, renaming, filing.
• Preparation of signature pages and board packs.
• Preparing packs of documents for third parties.
• Preparation of spreadsheets, trackers and documents for contracts.
• Monitoring and updating WIP.
• Inputting data for KYC checks.
• General administrative tasks – preparing letters, scanning post etc.
