Primary Responsibilities

Incumbent is responsible for achieving Sales target of farm & commercial Products & other KRA’ s as identified for the position.

He should be Proactively managing the channel expansion /extraction to grow business SOM & volumes in Vacant space .

He will be responsible for Daily Work Management & also Plan & review/ Manage GYIl State Campaigner to enhance Productivity.

He shall be responsible for Reporting MIS activity & also Proactively acting on Competitor strategy to drive volumes. He will be overall responsible for Farm/commercial Business & ensure optimum dealer viability is sustained .
