This is an initial 6-month contract with a great opportunity to be taken on permanently as the organisation continues to expand their workforce.The role:We are currently looking for an individual to join the Night Shift cleaning team as a team leader based at the Heaton Depot. The night shift team play an essential role in ensuring a high level of service is met and as a Team Leader you will be supervising and guiding the team to achieve their set standards. This is a hands-on role and involves taking part in interior deep cleaning, toilet bleaching and CET tank disposal.The shift hours are 20:00pm – 06:00pm on a four-on-four off basis.The CompanyYou will be joining a reputable company within the railway sector with a great track record of innovation within service delivery. Having been in a similar team leader role in a previous job will also be welcomed. Strong leadership and good communication are vital is this role as you will be overseeing a variety of individuals to achieve set targets.You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering a clean and safe environment clean for customers.The night shift is on a four-on-four off basis covering the times of 20:00pm – 06:00pm so you must be comfortable working night shifts, overtime is often available at managements discretion.Training is provided covering depot protection, site safety and cleaning solutions.
