As a member of the Ansell Brussels team, the trainee will be vital in marketing operations, analytics & collaborate with central digital to govern Ansell’s MarTech ecosystem. If you have an educational background and interest in Digital Marketing, you might be the next trainee we are looking for!What will your role be?Working in collaboration with our Digital Marketing team, and reporting to the Manager, Global Digital Marketing Operations:

  • Support in governance of data consistency and quality within the marketing automation platform and paid campaigns.
  • Ensure automated systems (including Marketo and Salesforce) are functioning and syncing together at full capacity.
  • Analyze data into meaningful results that can be used to optimize content and the user experience for the customer.
  • Ensure appropriate success metrics (KPIs) are defined and implemented, and leverage metrics to track performance of new campaigns, products, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with central digital to govern Ansell’s MarTech ecosystems.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Demonstrated knowledge/ experience in (Digital) Marketing or Technology, min. Bachelor level
  • High level of comfort with Excel and automation, eager to learn
  • Know-how to work with data and analytics of marketing operations measurement methodologies; excellent understanding of statistics and reporting
  • Educational background and interest in marketing automation and customer engagement
  • Exceptional English verbal/written communication skills
  • Plus if you know tools like Marketing Automation & CRM, Google Analytics and any other related current and future systems.
