Job Description:Flexsource are currently recruiting an experienced and professional Transport Manager on behalf of our client, based in Dublin Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team and manage all aspects of the hotel’s busy airport shuttle bus operation.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all shuttle bus operations between the hotel and Dublin Airport
- Supervise and schedule drivers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Step in to cover driving duties as required to ensure service continuity
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and compliance checks
- Ensure safety and comfort of all passengers
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all vehicles
- Assist with luggage loading/unloading as required
- Monitor fuel levels and vehicle readiness
- Uphold all RSA regulations and company policies
- Provide a professional, courteous service to all guests and staff
Requirements:
- Full clean Irish driving licence (including Category D licence)
- Valid Transport Manager CPC qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Up-to-date CPC and digital driver card
- Willingness and ability to drive shuttle buses when necessary
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Customer-focused with excellent communication
- Punctual, flexible, and reliable
Hours:
- 5 out of 7 days per week (including weekends and bank holidays on a rota)
- Start time from 5:00 AM – flexibility required depending on flight schedules and shuttle demand
Pay and Benefits:
- €50,000 per annum (DOE)
