Job Title: CVFF Regional Maintenance Technician

Location: Field-based, traveling to farm sites

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Job Overview:

As a Regional Maintenance Specialist , you’ll manage maintenance and repair tasks at CVFF farm locations, troubleshoot facility issues, and collaborate with farm managers to ensure safe and efficient farm operations. If you’re hands-on with mechanical, electrical, and construction skills and can excel in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily farm repairs and maintenance
• Conduct seasonal preventive maintenance tasks
• Train farm techs and enforce process consistency
• Identify and manage facility capital projects
• Oversee construction and maintenance project schedules
• Investigate equipment failures and implement repairs
• Ability to communicate equipment needs to appropriate vendor and contractor.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; trade certifications a plus
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, welding, and fabrication tasks
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Physical endurance, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in variable farm environments (dust, noise, extreme temperatures)
• Availability for occasional weekends and holidays
