During the training period, we do ask new starters to be in the office 5 days a week until they are proficient and fully trained.About this OpportunityYou’ll be responsible for the performance and handling a portfolio of high volume, high spend suppliers engaged in the supply of vehicles, services, maintenance and repair services for Tusker and to be directly reporting into the Head of Vehicle OperationsYou’ll Lead on performance, contract management and driver experience activities on our suppliers impact, influence and be responsible for Delivery of the group wide supplier management strategy.Understand the business requirements and build partnerships, utilising data, analysis and reporting to identify trends, and focussing on performance quality and continuous improvement to drive value and handle risk.About usWe’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good. Please visit for Tusker car website for more informationWhat you’ll needA proven understanding of the automotive market, leasing and salary sacrifice industry and key market trends within it.In conjunction with day-to-day Tusker supplier relationship owners build strong commercial relationships with suppliers and key partners, actively practicing and promoting a quality customer service ethos, always putting the driver experience at the forefront of any decisions and processes.Experience of collaborating and working with all business partners and share contractual and performance information and metrics, across contracts and ensure LBG expectations are met or exceeded.Be able to identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, procedures and supplier reporting or where these can be improvement and implement necessary changes.Ability to develops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also mentoring others as required.Responsible for all key service supplier performance management and reporting to keep track of risk parameters and identifies and reports any major deviation to Head of Vehicle Operations, SLT and LBG Risk and Supplier functions.And any experience of these would be really usefulWorking together with LBG colleagues to identify, improve and complete Tusker Group performance reporting.Supports Tusker with aligning to Supplier Policy and Risk Framework requirementsUndertake business related requirements as they arise from Tusker and LBG.Work alongside Group Supplier Network Managers and Tusker key partners to create the best cost position & customer outcomes to drive improvementsSupporting tender processes required to appoint key suppliers.About working for usOur focus is to ensure we’re inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture.We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative.And it’s why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups.
