They must be proactive and ideas-driven with an innovative mind-set to enhance customer experience from brand awareness and consideration to lead generation and broadening client relationships through account engagement expertise.Our ideal candidate is passionate and enterprising with a high awareness of digital marketing technologies and innovations and a track record of leading successful tactical campaigns and implementing strategic transformation initiatives to maximise commercial success.Job DescriptionStrategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).Develop and execute client experience strategies aimed at enhancing digital brand awareness, driving lead generation, and ensuring sustained account engagement to meet and exceed growth objectives.Understand and Advocate for Business Goals:Take the time to thoroughly understand the company’s wider business goals and objectives, including our 5-year strategic growth plan.Act as an advocate for these goals within the digital marketing department, ensuring alignment and integration into departmental initiatives, projects and customer engagement.Stakeholder Engagement:Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and stakeholders.Communicate marketing strategies and results effectively to non-marketing audiences across the business on a regular basis to ensure engagement.Demonstrate an ability to build lasting relationships, be inquisitive, and quickly understand the real estate market so that you can be the spokesperson for digital marketing within the business.Be a high impact individual that builds trust and confidence in stakeholders at all levels.Team Leadership and Development:Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.Represent the department at high level meetings and in front of senior stakeholders.Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality, implementing relevant reporting structure with stakeholders.Adapt to changing priorities and pivot strategies as needed.Campaign Management:Oversee the creation, execution, and optimisation of high-impact marketing campaigns.Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations across our digital channels including website, social, property marketing, email marketing and lead management and hybrid events.Performance Analysis and Reporting:Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.Use data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.Budget managementA track record of managing costs and preparing budgets, negotiating suppliers contacts and analysing financial reports.Professional and positive mindsetHave a growth mindset, be self-motivated and well organised, take a proactive approach.Strive towards being better by being open to new ideas, learning and development and self-improvement.QualificationsMinimum of five years working in a B2B marketing role, with a minimum of three spent leading on digital marketing activities.Experience leading high performing teams, plus hand on people management, and performance management.Experience in using and reporting based on various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), paid advertising tactics, enterprise level CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore), SharePoint, and email marketing and automation tools (e.g., Adobe Marketo Engage).Experience in partnering with other business teams and functions (e.g., finance, IT) to drive efficient project management.Additional InformationOur Values define who we are.At Colliers we empower our people to…Be enterprising to exceed expectationsCollaborate to drive exceptional resultsInvest in relationships to deliver enduring valueBe experts to lead our industry into the futureDo what’s right for our clients, people and communitiesOur CompanyColliers is a leading diversified professional services and investment management company.
