We currently have a vacancy for a User Documentation & Training Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks:

• Managing the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the successful implementation and smooth delivery of e-learning courses;
• Create high-quality e-learning modules using instructional design methodologies and best practices;
• Develop multimedia content including video, audio, graphics, and interactive elements to enhance learning experiences;
• Lead and manage e-learning projects from concept to completion;
• Write user manuals and web documentation;
• Prepare and conduct live training sessions, either on-site or remotely;
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective learning solutions;
• Analyse assessments to measure learning outcomes and course effectiveness;
• Translate business analysts’ input to information consumable by the end-user.

Requirements

• University degree combined with relevant IT professional experience of 9 years;
• At least 5 years of specific expertise in online learning design and development;
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate);
• Knowledge of end-user assistance of information systems;
• Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites, and social networks;
• Good knowledge of presentation tools and MS-Office;
• Ability to give business and technical presentations and to write clear and structured technical documents;
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences;
• Excellent command of the English language.
