📆 Duration: 12 months (renewable up to 24 months)About the RoleAs part of the Global Supply Chain team at Irish Distillers, you will support the operations and customer service activities for the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) category across the EMEA region. You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end supply chain processes—covering logistics, customs, documentation, and customer collaboration—to ensure the smooth movement of goods from production to market.This assignment supports the strategic international expansion of our RTD business by strengthening relationships with our Market Companies and ensuring operational excellence in supply execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders: manual input from Connect into SAPCoordinate invoicing processes (Bulk & Finished Goods)Manage customs documentation and due diligenceSupport customer service operations and manage communication with Market CompaniesMonitor and coordinate freight activities for RTD shipmentsManage the sampling processCollaborate closely with co-packers, internal stakeholders, and supply partnersYour ProfileDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Food TechnologyFirst experience in supply chain, planning, or logisticsProficient in ERP systems, ideally SAPStrong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentationExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsFluent in EnglishAutonomous, collaborative, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, international environmentAbout Irish DistillersIrish Distillers, a subsidiary of Pernod Ricard, is the proud producer of some of the world’s best-known Irish whiskeys.
