Position Overview:

This position will serve Agri-Access lending partners in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia and Virginia. Significant travel is required in this territory (40-60%).

This position serves the Agri-Access internal and external clients by developing new business through the Agri-Access network which includes marketing, structuring, and delivery of loan and leasing programs through community banks and brokers on a national basis.

Essential Functions:

  • Research, identify, and prospect potential new business with targeted clients. The focus will be on creating solutions for the client while generating additional revenue and loan volume for the organization. This individual will serve as primary relationship manager for these clients and ensures the proper servicing of the accounts.
  • Lead and direct the design, delivery, and implementation of Agri-Access programs targeted at community banks in assigned geography.

Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, agriculture or related field.
  • Minimum of seven to ten years’ experience in sales and marketing in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of agricultural lending and the community banking industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution and strategic selling skills.
  • Excellent computer skills required.
  • Proven client services skills and effective team skills are essential.
