Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities:
- Qualified Nurse with an active NMC Pin (RMN / RNLD)
Excellent Leadership and Management SkillsClinical experience within a Multi-disciplinary teamGood communicator within all situationsExperienced in leading a teamAble to focus on staffing and develop staff to meets the needs of the wardExperience of supporting studentsKnowledge of Mental Health Legislation and Statutory requirementsExperience of investigations, complaints and report writingCompany and Facility information:
