Title: Warehouse Operative (Evening Shift)
Location: Shannon, Co. Clare
Terms: Full-time, Annual Contract, working 4.30pm – 12.30am
Package: €14 p/h (€27,300)Leading logistics operator based in Shannon now seek Warehouse Operatives for their evening shift (4.30pm – 12.30am). Duties include but are not limited to:
- Receiving of products which will include physical unloading, pallet build to agreed specification, put away to location.
- Picking of products which will include, case picking, pallet picking, pallet wrapping, shipping and loading pallets.
- Picking Orders, Packaging of box Orders
- Checking for damaged or missing items.
- Keeping paperwork up to date.
- Working in a team environment.
- Responsible for general warehouse duties.
- Responsible to maintain accuracy throughout all processes.
- Ensure the work area is clear and ensure any potential hazards are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Clean Warehouse and Surrounding area used by the Warehouse.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse (Essential)
- Leaving Certificate and Manual Handling Certificate
- Team Player
- Strong work ethic
- Manual handling certified
- Forklift licenses and experience is preferred but is not essential
- Ability to work unrestricted by work permit limitations
Please Note: A five-year background check is required for Aviation Security Clearance. This includes all periods of employment and education regardless of duration or nature. A complete set of references covering exact dates spanning the last 5 years must be achieved.
