We have a fantastic opportunity for a Wills and Probate Legal Assistant to join the Private Client department of a highly rated, legal 500 tiered firm in their Solihull office. This is an excellent opportunity to join an excellent firm and learn from experienced legal professionals.My client enjoy a steady and reliable source of work, so there is plenty of opportunity to develop by working on live matters, and to play an active role in the day to day running of a legal department.Duties will include:

• Taking will instructions; preparing / typing Wills and getting them signed by the client
• Dealing with clients on the phone and in person in a confidential manner
• Assist in the marketing and development of the department and practice
• Provide advice to clients where necessary
• Ensure that the client and fee-earner receive progress reports at regular intervals
• Ensure that the office and client accounts are in order; accurate time recording, obtaining monies on account, regular billing of WIP and disbursements, credit control
