About the Role

As a Field Service Technician with GE Vernova, you’ll be working at the forefront of renewable energy, maintaining and troubleshooting wind turbines at some of the most exciting and innovative sites in the country. No two days are the same, you’ll be climbing turbines, solving real-world technical challenges, and helping to keep Australia’s wind power turning. We’re currently looking for team members at the following wind farms (Please note: This is not a FIFO role, and you will need to be based locally).

• Ararat Wind Farm, VIC
• Bango Wind Farm, NSW
• Boco Rock Wind Farm, NSW
• Bodangora Wind Farm, NSW
• Coopers Gap Wind Farm, QLD
• Crookwell Wind Farm, NSW
• Crudine Ridge Wind Farm, NSW
• Silverton Wind Farm, NSW

About You

We welcome applicants from both electrical and mechanical trade backgrounds. If you hold a recognised electrical or mechanical qualification, we will provide you with all the specialist training required to work safely and effectively on our world-class wind turbine technology. You’ll be supported with structured onboarding, technical training, and ongoing development to ensure you can perform with confidence in the field.
