The purpose of this role is to provide first line business partnering to WW Business, supporting the sales leader and respective teams, to support high quality decision making with a view to improving performance and maximising return.DescriptionTo be successful you will build a deep understanding of all aspects of the business, and establish strong partnerships with teams across the world. Core tasks will cover areas such as reporting, forecasting and judges, quarterly close cycle, performance analysis, readouts to WW stakeholders, and preparing ET level performance decks. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented, proficient at summarizing key take-aways for executive audience presentations and experienced in collaborating with technical teams to drive process improvements.Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to understand, evaluate and apply different business models to the right environment
  • Proven track record of value creation, leading change and performance improvement
  • Analytical with outstanding Finance grounding and understanding.
  • Detailed understanding of a broad range of Sales and Finance end-to-end processes. Ability to focus on detail while being able to see the bigger picture
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation and work cross functionally
  • Ability to focus on what matters, simplify the story around complex matters, articulate commercial/business/finance topics clearly
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
  • Degree level education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating on global projects with a geographically dispersed team in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Accountancy Qualification
