To support varied personal and social development programmes working with teenagers who are linked into Carlow Regional Youth Services in our Bagenalstown Youth Project working afternoons and some evenings. To engage with, establish and maintain relationships with young people. To work as part of a team responding to the needs and interests of young people involving their participation in service provision. To participate in regular planning and sessional evaluations and clean up. Prior experience working with or any related youthwork training would be relevant.
