Job Purpose:

A Telecoms Solution Architect is responsible for the planning and coordination of telecommunications

projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with the UK team and working with customers; collaboratively develop detailed

technical plans for telecoms initiatives, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with customers, engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure project

requirements are met.

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget

constraints.

  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to evaluate new technologies and services.
  • Manage documentation of telecom systems designs, configurations, and changes.
  • Provide technical advice on telecommunications systems and assist in troubleshooting

issues.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations e.g. 3GPP.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in telecommunications technical delivery and management.
  • Strong understanding of telecom systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Japanese including technical vocabularies in the communications domain
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
