Our businesses provide specialist on-airport support services, including refueling and ground handling, to the owners and operators of private, business, military, and commercial aircraft.We operate from more than 400 individual locations across North America, UK, Mainland Europe, and Asia.We have a diverse customer base and see the utmost benefits of a diverse workforce; therefore, we are committed to continuing to be an equal opportunities employer.What you’ll be doing:As Customer Operations Officer you will help coordinate the smooth running of our Airport base which includes liaising with aircraft operators, travel organizers, the airport authority, third-party suppliers, air crew, passengers and relevant authorities to co-ordinate the arrival and departure of our clients’ aircraft at the airport.You will be the face of the business providing world class service to our customers, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility whilst safely delivering ground services to our customers’ aircraft.About You:+ Previous experience within aviation in a similar role+ Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment+ Excellent customer service skills+ Understanding of VIP customer expectations and proven anticipation of needs+ Flexibility of start and finish times+ Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided+ Excellent interpersonal skills+ Qualifies to hold a full airport ID+ IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes – Word, Excel, Outlook etc, with the ability to be trained on business-specific systems+ Valid and clean driving licence+ Serious about safety+ Additional languages are desirable but not essential
