Responsibilities: Provision of dedicated IT support to our customers. You will need to troubleshoot and diagnose any potential issues across a variety of hardware and systems, escalating to a senior engineer or vendor support when appropriate. Deliver support on issues of varying complexity across the various sites. Set up and maintenance of new users within the client sites. Partnering with the Account Manager to identify improvement projects and ensure the provision of an outstanding service. Understand all compliance requirements on the different customer sites. Be cognisant of operational security identifying changes to reduce risk along the way. As you will be the customers first point of contact with Nostra you must be customer focused, enthusiastic, ambitious and solution focused. You should be able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Required: 3 + Years’ Experience in an IT Engineer, IT Field Engineer, with proven experience within a Microsoft environment. IT skills Microsoft related e.g., Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, switches, access points including VLAN’s and VPN Azure knowledge is a bonus. Excellent people, communication, customer service skills. Good English with excellent communication skills. Full, clean drivers license.
