Due to growth, a new vacancy has arisen for a Banking Litigation Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join the West End office of this Legal 500 firm.The FirmThis firm has one of the most well-respected names across London. It is this approach to innovation and strong leadership that gives them their edge.The RoleThis Legal 500 firm is looking for a Banking Litigation Solicitor to join their professional and friendly team at their office in the West End.

• The Banking & Finance department works closely with the firms Real Estate, Private Wealth, and Corporate Tax departments.

• The department has expertise in;

• Secured and Structured Lending,
• Acquisitions and leveraged debt,
• Securitisations Structures,
• Asset Finance,
• Debt Structuring,
• Funds, swaps, and other derivatives.

• They act for Borrowers, Lenders, and Funders in all types of financial transactions.

• The head of department is a very well-regarded lawyer who acts for secured lenders, ranging from national institutions to mid-level, niche, and smaller banks. A growth area of their practice is bridging loans.

• The team also deals with a wide variety of fraud matters, including many cases requiring worldwide freezing injunctions and/or search and seizure orders.

• These cases include not only instances of bank fraud but also property fraud and identity theft.
• A number of these cases also involve cross-border transactions and enforcement.

The team is professional, friendly, supportive, and led by strong business generators.With the growth within the department, you will have excellent prospects; you will work side by side with industry leaders, giving you a platform to rise to the top.Requirements:

• You will be a Banking Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQE.
• You will have good experience dealing with a contentious banking caseload.
• You will have first-class interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid client relationships.
