• Driving revenue goals with smart cost control
• Ensuring compliance and smooth service from open to close

• 3+ years in a similar leadership role (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, etc.)
• Natural leadership ability with strong communication & people skills
• Passion for hospitality and knowledge of current food & drink trends
• Calm manner under pressure
• Good numeracy skills
• Genuine dedication to the guest experience
