The company is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and a diverse range of equipment solutions, ensuring clients have the right tools for their projects.In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients renting equipment. You will assist customers in selecting the right machinery for their needs, ensuring they understand operational guidelines and safety standards. You will maintain accurate records of rental transactions and equipment inspections, additionally, you will support general yard duties, including coordinating the loading and unloading of equipment for customers.This role would suit someone who has come from a Customer Service or Hospitality background looking for a hands-on position within a growing company that values their staff and offer potential progression in the future.THE ROLE:

• Assist customers in selecting rental equipment and ensure understanding of safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of rentals and inspections for safety compliance.
• Help with loading and unloading equipment in the yard.
• Monday to Friday (7:30-5PM)

THE PERSON:

• Customer Service or Hospitality background
• Looking for a role in a face to face role
• Commutable to Newtownabbey
