There will be a key focus on Employee engagement strategies – ultimately improving morale and engagement. This will be an ideal role someone who is passionate about employee & people engagement.In this role you will:
- Drive organisational design and development.
- Focus on workforce planning & management – both short term and long term.
- Enhance communication – ongoing employee communications, newsletters, presentations, speeches, and social media content.
- Play a key role in building towards a positive working culture within the GPB&W business
- Have oversight of feedback system – providing snapshot surveys and direct feedback.
- Other areas of focus will include; Learning & Development masterclasses, Talent Management, Risk Management (flag reputational risks or issues), and frequently collaborate with HR.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Extensive experience in organisational design & workforce planning/management – essential
- Vast experience in driving people/employee engagement initiatives – essential
- A proven track record in developing and executing employee centred communications strategies – essential
- Current or prior experience within Private Banking or Wealth – desirable
- Other key skills – stakeholder management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for people engagement
