We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage credit operations for Crop-Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding. The Location Credit Manager will play a crucial role in driving the department’s success by implementing robust credit policies, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills to navigate the complex landscape of credit management.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree in Finance or a relevant specialization.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in credit management, with a strong background in Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding or a similar industry.
Proven track record of successful credit management, including risk assessment, portfolio management, and credit policy implementation.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound lending decisions.

Oversee and manage the credit operations for Crop-Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
Implement and maintain robust credit policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Analyze and assess credit applications, financial statements, and other relevant data to make informed lending decisions.
Monitor and manage credit risk exposure, identify potential issues, and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
