Marketing Coordinator
Central London (Hybrid)
£30-35K Per Annum

My client, a successful planning and development business are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support their Marketing team after a period of growth.

You will gain exposure and experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital and Graphic whilst facilitating the smooth running of the team. Coordinating the various marketing departments, creating new processes for the team, and assisting with projects and administrative tasks.

The ideal person will have a can-do attitude, happily communicate with people at all levels and have the ability to take complete ownership of tasks.

Joining a small but mighty team you will be based in the London Office but work with leaders and team members across a total of 9 offices throughout the UK. The role offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home a week.

The role will involve:

  • Take the on day-to-day process & team logistics, including supporting with marketing administration
  • Assisting with research required for business development initiatives
  • Managing stock of branded promotional items and ordering new items
  • Taking ownership of web-based lead generation process and marketing schedules
  • Assisting with the preparation of invitations and attendee lists
  • Work with staff to coordinate project experience and update marketing collateral
  • Support with updating the website, CRM campaigns and social media accounts
  • Assist with planning and execution of events, press and launch of new initiatives
  • Undertake ad-hoc marketing duties as and when required.

Candidates should have:

  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Adobe Creative Suite inc. InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Highly organised
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills
  • Flexible and resilient
  • Can adapt to changing priorities and work to deadlines
