This is a great opportunity for a passionate, creative and organised Marketing Executive to join the dynamic and friendly marketing communications team of a leading independent law firm to support the delivery of engaging marketing communications. You will be working within a firm that is growing and investing in its marketing and business development team. The team is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s marketing strategy, including profile, reputation and marketing communications, and also business development. As a key member of this small team, you will enjoy a varied role acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content aligns with the firm’s tone of voice and brand guidelines, and providing operational communications advice to stakeholders and end-to-end support for integrated marketing campaigns. The Marketing Executive will be required to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications, suggesting improvements based on insights and analytics, and to support recognition and awareness of the firm and legal experts by assisting with legal directory and award submissions. The role holder’s key duties will include delivering regular email campaigns to support client acquisition and retention and identifying opportunities to improve content and the format of mailings to drive increased engagement, working with digital and other internal stakeholders to create SEO-friendly website content and sharing news and insights across a range of social media channels to generate awareness and consideration. The successful applicant will also be responsible for updating and creating on-brand marketing material using the firm’s templates and by working collaboratively with the Design team. A self-motivated team player with a genuine interest in marketing, the chosen candidate will be a bright graduate or equivalent with previous professional services marketing experience, preferably gained whilst working in a law firm. The Marketing Executive will also possess strong communication, proofreading and interpersonal skills and will enjoy working under pressure and multi-tasking to meet multiple deadlines.
