The agency has a hybrid working model.Role Overview:As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting a diverse range of projects across social media and influencer verticals. From brainstorming creative concepts to executing campaign logistics, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping clients’ brand narratives and engaging with their target audiences. This role offers the perfect blend of creativity, strategy, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies for clients in the music, hospitality, and fashion sectors.
• Coordinate influencer outreach, partnerships, and content collaborations to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including copywriting, image selection, and post scheduling.
• Monitor social media channels, analyse performance metrics, and provide insights to optimise campaign effectiveness.
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok and Instagram, liaising with creators to agree on creative, scheduling, and rates to ensure an effective and socially relevant campaign.
• Provide day-to-day social media support for clients, consulting on creative, copy, and overall positioning.
• Conduct competitor analysis on behalf of clients to identify market trends and opportunities across social strategies.
• Design and deliver interactive decks for pitches, internal communication, and client presentations, showcasing creative vision and strategy.
• Brief the production team on creative requirements, ensuring marketing objectives are met while maintaining cutting-edge creative execution.
• Produce video, still, and graphic assets using Adobe Suite as needed, maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
• Scout up-and-coming creatives on social media, identifying talent that aligns with clients’ brand objectives.
• Contribute to the ideation, planning, and execution of IRL activations and events, ensuring seamless integration with digital campaigns.
• Write compelling copy for ad campaigns.

Requirements:

• A passion for culture, creativity, and staying ahead of industry trends.
• A previous commercial background working across social and influencer verticals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
• You are an inspired self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, you pride yourself on your work ethic and are able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• You are socially savvy with a real-time understanding of social trends across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter, leveraging this knowledge when developing new content.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Google Workspace, and all relevant social media platforms.
