If you’re looking to join a fast-growing startup, be responsible for your own products, and directly affect our bottom line, with a fun and engaging team, click apply.In this role, you will focus on..Multi-channel marketing: Ideate, coordinate, and execute multi-channel campaigns with support from the Head of Marketing. Contribute to the overall marketing plan and participate in wider marketing initiatives.Consistent quality: Deliver online and offline activity ensuring key messages/initiatives are consistent, on-brand, on budget, and on time. Create and optimize landing pages, email sequences, and other marketing channels using a variety of marketing platforms and tools.Cross-functional collaboration: Cultivate strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives. Work with the Paid Media team to create compelling multi-channel campaigns, with the Course team to ensure alignment of messaging and priorities, and with the sales team to optimize lead generation.Measure, analyze, and optimize: Evaluate campaign performance and report on campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics and stay informed about industry trends, fostering continuous improvement.RequirementsIf the below sounds like you – we’d love to hear from you:Marketing basics: At least 1 year of experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including but not limited to emails, landing page builds, digital media, and affiliate marketing.Great copywriting and verbal communication skills.You want ownership in your role from the beginning and are ready to level up.You expertly balance and prioritize your daily to-do’s, as well as your short-term and long-term planningYou are an extraordinary teammate always willing to jump in and offer support and say “yes” to taking on new thingsYou aren’t a checkbox marketer and will do whatever it takes to hit targetsBase Salary Rage £32,000 – £35,000 (depending on candidate experience)Core Benefits:Enhanced paid holiday: 34 days including UK Bank holidays and a day off on your birthdayPrivate Medical & DentalLife Insurance: (4 x salary)Early bird or night owl?
