The company is mindful of the fact that quality products must be accompanied by excellent service in order to satisfy demanding consumers.Learn more about Triumph on:www.facebook.com/Triumph/www.instagram.com/Triumph/Our Sales Department in Ireland is looking for aMobile Consultant Specialist – EIRE (f/m/d) (100%)The Mobile Consultant is critical in driving sales in store, executing in-store activations, identifying opportunities for growth, reporting on any factors effecting turnover. This role is regional therefore the person will cover multiple stores identified as key opportunities for growth. The Mobile Consultant is also key in supporting the visual merchandising in each of the stores they call on. The person will need to travel 5 days of 5 per week across Ireland.Your Responsibilities:

  • During store visits the mobile consultant should review sales performance, reporting on individual store challenges and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Proactively re-merchandise the assortment in stores to keep the brand image fresh and new
  • Replicate company brand standards of visual presentation in key stores
  • Demonstrate strong relationships with store teams, working effectively to understand their business and to provide excellent communication on Triumph Internationals commitment to the customer
  • Executing in store activations relating to marketing and promotions and driving the sell-out of Triumph International
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Triumph and Sloggi products and processes
  • To report and present accurate information on a weekly conference call and at quarterly meetings, sharing expert knowledge with colleagues and seniors
  • Administration including sales reports, competitor analysis, journey plans and expenses
  • Implementing and hosting training on both product and fitting where necessary and as required by line manager

Your ideal profile:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the retail business, within lingerie preferable
  • Preferable past experience as a sales assistant
  • Driving license
  • Availability to travel every day
  • Good communicator at all levels
  • Able to deliver results
  • Organized individual who plans ahead
  • IT proficiency – Excel
