For more information please visit: .About the role…We are looking for a Product Manager to revolutionize search marketing with us.
As the product owner of a dedicated team of Data Scientists, you will drive the development of a key area of the Adthena analytics platform, from ideation to execution to launch.You’ll take responsibility for positive business outcomes, working closely with every discipline to drive the product’s market success.Reporting to: Chief Product OfficerWhat you’ll do at Adthena….You’ll be part of Adthena’s Product team, working with the very best AI specialists in London. The team members all share a passion for user-centric design and harnessing the power of data to find innovative solutions to customer problems.Our Product team is focused on three areas:We are fanatically focused on the areas where we can make the most difference for our customers and our business. Everything we build is tied to and measured by the value and outcome it brings our users and buyers as well as its impact on our objectives.Figuring out what we need to build and prioritising when we build it is a core responsibility. We bring the vision and context to empower great decisions for our search marketing clients, so we focus on posing the right questions that will enable us to discover the most innovative and valuable solutions. This involves ensuring that potential risks are mitigated such as value, feasibility, usability and viability risks.We believe in a collaborative partnership where Product focuses on customer and business outcomes, while Engineering, Design and Data Science focus on how we get there. Product’s main role in execution is to be the voice of the market and make sure we achieve what we set out to do by being the glue that binds teams together. We communicate the “who, what, why and when” to the company and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our customers’ success.More about your role at Adthena…Frame and communicate the priorities and research agenda for the data science components of the Adthena analytics platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, engineers leads, and delivery product managers to conceive, develop and launch innovative capabilities using machine learningDeeply understand customer needs and problems through data analysis, market research, and understanding user needs and pain pointsPrioritise research and data science product components based on user value, business viability, technical feasibility and time to impact.Work closely with data scientists to develop and test predictive modelling and machine learning solutions.Own the product development lifecycle, gathering customer feedback, writing user stories, shaping research, and ensuring continuous iteration.Lead a dedicated team of data scientists and engineers, providing clear direction and guidance, supporting ideations and validating assumptions and deliverables.Define and track success metrics, measuring user success based on usage statistics, analytics, and customer feedback.Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data science and search marketing.Required Experience for the Role:4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on data science and digital products.Strong background in data science, including experience with predictive modelling and machine learning.Experience working with data scientists and AI product developers.Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira.Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, prioritisation, and execution.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive product decisions.Familiarity with B2B SaaS solutions and value-based pricing.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Why join us?Work on a multi-award-winning product in a position where you are being valued and feel you can make your markRemote FriendlyTrust-based annual leaveFlexible working environmentReceive stock options.
