Job description
Main duties:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda
- Arrange new meetings and appointments
- Organising meetings (taking minutes)
- Logging or processing bills / expenses
- Support and facilitate the completion of reports
- Make travel arrangements
- Managing databases
- Prioritising workloads
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with office organization
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High school diploma
- Fluent in English and min advanced level of German
Salary: €49250 p/aBenefits:
