Our client is an international software R&D company delivering cutting edge solutions and multiple software products in the MedTech / MedDevice sector. Currently hiring an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to become an integral part of their dynamic Finance Department at the Dublin HQ.Reporting directly to the CFO, this is an excellent role for someone with the ability to analyse and comprehend current data, as well as the opportunity to contribute by constructing models and perspectives to support future data analysis initiatives.Job Ref: BBBH 25107

Workplace: Hybrid WorkingResponsibilities:

  • Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales and expenses
  • Build out new KPIs and understand the data required to support those KPIs, both financial and non-financial
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analysing causes of unexpected variance
  • Support the continued development of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and modelling processes and tools
  • Work with other departments to get data to develop performance indicators
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Generate, analyse, and report complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
  • Prepare financial forecasts
  • Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis

The successful candidate must have:

  • An accountancy qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance
  • 5+ years of previous experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis role in a SAAS organisation
  • Ability to create and maintain a Financial model
  • Experience working in a multinational company
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and Power BI, in particular advanced Excel skills
  • Strong experience using NetSuite or other ERP system
  • Ability to work onsite three days per week
