Team Description

Customer Connectivity is looking for Sr. Network Systems Administrator.

This position is part of Network Services Operations – Customer Connectivity in TEO, supporting all of Sabre. This position plays a key role in hosted Airline implementations. We provide the host and circuit connectivity to support Sabre customers. We are a close knit team that works hard and plays hard. Our team supports Sabre customers from contract signature through implementation and continues with ongoing support. This allows us the opportunity to develop a strong rapport with the customers and knowledge of their business connectivity and network solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provision host and network connectivity for multiple customers
  • Quality control of detailed processes involving multiple tools
  • Provision Sabre Web Services for airline customers and internal Sabre product teams
  • Validate financial/billing information for cost of services
  • Utilize automated tools to track customer implementations
  • Find creative solutions to streamline processes

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Advanced English level both verbal and written
  • Experience in a customer oriented technical role
  • Customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills – MS Office: Excel, Access, and Word
  • Ability to work with a variety of domestic and international customers, vendors, and other cross functional teams
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with multiple customers
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • OneNote, SharePoint
  • Experience a plus but training will be provided in the following:
  • COSMACC / SYSGEN
  • Sabre Identity Manager
  • Tangoe
  • Understanding of host partitioning
  • Circuit types and protocols
  • Sabre Web Services knowledge
  • Basic understanding of EPR’s and Sabre
